Founded in 2008 in New York by Aymeric CLEMENTE and Rémi LABA, Bagatelle Group is a chain of restaurants positioned in the premium / high-end segment and offering a « French Mediterranean » atmosphere and cuisine.

In less than 10 years, Bagatelle has grown to become a global group with today 10 restaurants (owned or franchised) located in major cities and tourists cities around the world (NY, Miami, Ibiza, St Barth, Dubai, Rio de Janeiro, Punta del Este, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and London)
Aymeric Clemente is a graduate of sub de co Marseille and has worked in beach restaurants in Saint Tropez, Nice... In NYC for 15 years, he met Rémi Laba at the French restaurant Charlot, with whom he decided to create his own promotional marketing agency. In the Buzz was born in 2002, a company specialized in talent management and party planning. In 2007, they created their own nightclub, called Kiss & Fly. A year later, the Bagatelle restaurant was created.
Rémi Laba met Aymeric Clemente at Le Charlot, in NYC, when he was still marketing director at ALES Phyto. In 2002, they decided to create together their promotional marketing agency, In the Buzz, specialized in talent management and party planning. Faced with the growing success of this entrepreneurial project, Rémi Laba left his position at Phyto to focus entirely on their company. A few years later, after launching their own nightclub, Rémi founded the Bagatelle restaurant in New York City in 2008, alongside his partner.
